The USSGA needs your help as we plan a Seated Golfers Championship in 2026.
We’ve attached a link to a short survey and ask that you please take a moment to fill it out. Your responses will help us begin the planning process, particularly around course setup and adaptive cart needs.
We are hoping to host between 20–30 players, depending on cart availability.
Thank you for your time and for supporting the growth of seated golf.
Dear Seated Golfers,
The United States Seated Golfers Association (USSGA) is exploring the creation of a Seated Golfers
National Championship and would like to gauge interest from the seated golf community. We are
considering a three-day championship in Arizona at Whirlwind Golf Club at Wild Horse Pass.
Before we move forward with final planning (field size, tee times, adaptive cart logistics, and sponsor
outreach), we need your quick input. This survey is non-binding and is only to help us plan
responsibly.
Please reply with the following:
•
1) Would you be interested in playing if the championship is held September 28–30, 2026 in
Chandler, AZ?
•
2) Would you bring your own adaptive golf cart, or would you need a cart provided?
•
3) If you need a cart provided, what type of cart do you use or require? (SoloRider, ParaGolfer,
VertaCat, other)
•
4) If you are bringing your own cart, what model/type is it and how will you transport it (trailer, van,
etc.)?
